Turn key, Point Arena, CA;. Start, October 2006; completed, January 2008; Howard Curtis, Architect
This was one of the most interesting jobs I’ve ever worked on. There’s a long list of different things we did, but basically the main house was an existing shell. The original contractor made a lot of mistakes and was fired by the previous owner. The 2nd floor framing and roof framing needed a lot of structural work before close In. I worked with the new owners to repair the mistakes and complete the project to their great satisfaction.
